The information in this chart has been taken from a printed chart which was obviously intended for public display. It was printed by Frederick Steel & Co., Ltd., Stroud. The chart has many hand written additions probably made at the time of the First World War or very soon afterwards. It was given to me, a year or so before her death in 1995, by my aunt Beata Ashmead. My guess is that she rescued it at some time when the frame became dilapidated and was being thrown out.
The hand written additions are shown in Italics, and amendments have been shown with the original struck through and the amendment in Italics.
Russell Axford.
